PRIMARY JOB TASKS RESPONSIBILITIES
- Printing, mailing and tracking of certificates, frames, and other items
- Office supply management, ordering, and tracking
- Filling out vendor paperwork and speaker engagement forms
- Support for special projects, such as company award submissions, internal and external data
- Other duties as assigned
REQUIRED SKILLS
- Proficient in Microsoft programs including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint (creating and editing
documents/spreadsheets, editing data, basic formulas, adding graphics, etc.)
- Ability to learn new web-based programs (on-the-job training provided)
- Ability to work on a computer in an office environment
- Understanding of Gmail and Google Drive
- Ability to read, write, and communicate in a professional manner in English

COMPENSATION
$16 an hour, paid twice monthly via direct deposit, as tracked in the timetracking system
SCHEDULE: Schedule is somewhat flexible and will be determined based on candidate availability. ***MUST be available for 16-20 hours per week within the window of Mon-Thursday between 9 am to 4 pm, 2-3 days per week.
TRAINING ROLE: Every IBCCES team member will complete at least one of our certification programs. Online training and certification is provided as part of the onboarding and learning experience for all new hires. This position will report to the Operations Director. On-the-job training and support will be provided as part of onboarding and for any new or special projects.
