Join the Iberia Team! Iberia Foods, a leading distributor of Caribbean and Latin American brands, is seeking a Retails Sales Auditor to join our team based out of our Orlando, FL facility. The CSR is responsible for auditing and collecting accurate sales and merchandising data to survey and identify company's sales and merchandising to enable company to better grasp positioning in the marketplace by account, brand, and category.
Customer Service Representative performs high-volume data entry to deliver precise and timely work orders and customer service by maintaining pricing, stock transfer, and backorder reports from manufacturers to dealers. Resolve complaints and handle troubleshooting issues more accurately and professionally while handling multiple tasks effectively.
- Efficiently and accurately input orders and account information into the system on a timely basis.
- Answer calls and resolve issues for sales and retail customers with sales, pricing, office, logistics, drivers and warehouse
- Compile and sort order, agent and account information and establish entry priorities
- Review and verify entered data for deficiencies or errors, correct errors and check for accuracy
- Assist with maintaining efficient operation by following policies, procedures and report changes
- Protect company operations by keeping order, agent, commission and other company information confidential
- Assist Customers and Sales Rep regarding Orders: Including shipping date changes, short shipped items, invoice errors, products inventory, and any other inquires that come up
- Purchase orders from each customer or salesperson and accurately input them into a computer database.
- Create strong customer relationships and provide quality customer service
