We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Independent Sales Representative to join our team as an independent broker. This is a commission-based role where you will leverage your sales expertise and industry knowledge to build and maintain relationships with clients. As an Independent Sales Rep, you will have the flexibility to work independently while driving new business and maintaining existing accounts. The route for this role covers the Pompano Beach to Boca Raton area.
This is a commission-only role with unlimited earning potential based on performance.
Prospecting & Lead Generation: Identify and target potential clients through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
Sales Presentations: Present products/services to clients in a professional and compelling manner, highlighting features and benefits to close deals.
Negotiation: Negotiate pricing, terms, and agreements to maximize revenue while ensuring client satisfaction.
Market Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to strategically position products and services in the market.
Sales Reporting: Track and report on sales activities, revenue, and goals. Monitor performance and adjust strategies as needed.
Customer Service: Provide excellent customer support, ensuring clients are satisfied and maintaining long-term relationships.
Collaboration: Work with the company?s internal teams (e.g., marketing, customer service) to ensure a smooth sales process and resolve any client issues.
