Responsibilities
- Input and update data into databases with a high level of accuracy.
- Transcribe information from various sources into digital formats.
- Organize and maintain files to ensure easy retrieval of information.
- Responsible for scanning paper medical records and accurately uploading them to the corresponding patient's electronic chart, ensuring proper organization, confidentiality, and timely availability of information
- Collaborate with team members to ensure data integrity and consistency.
- Assist in the preparation of reports by compiling relevant data.
- Perform administrative tasks related to data entry and management.
Qualifications
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Excellent typing skills with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Familiarity with data collection methods and practices is a plus.
