Skills Required: DSP, HHA, STNA

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate DSP to join our team in New Lexington, OH. The ideal candidate will have experience in providing care to individuals with developmental disabilities and possess the necessary skills to perform the duties of a DSP, HHA, and STNA.

Responsibilities:

• Assist individuals with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Administer medications and monitor health status
• Provide transportation to appointments and community activities
• Assist with meal preparation and household tasks
• Document and report any changes in behavior or health status
• Communicate effectively with individuals, families, and healthcare professionals

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Certification as a DSP, HHA, or STNA
• Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
