Job Description: HHA
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Home Health Aide (HHA) to join our team. The HHA will be responsible for providing personal care and assistance to patients in their homes. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping others.
Responsibilities:
- Assist patients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Provide medication reminders and assist with medication administration
- Prepare meals and assist with feeding
- Perform light housekeeping duties, such as laundry and cleaning
- Accompany patients to appointments and outings
- Monitor and report changes in patient's condition to the appropriate healthcare professional
Requirements:
- Valid Home Health Aide (HHA) certification
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
