Job Description:
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated HHA to provide quality care to our clients in Dayton, OH. The ideal candidate will have experience in providing personal care and assistance to individuals in their homes. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Assisting with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Assisting with mobility and transfers
- Preparing meals and assisting with feeding
- Performing light housekeeping tasks
- Providing companionship and emotional support
- Documenting care provided and reporting any changes in client's condition to supervisor
The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be reliable and punctual, and have a genuine desire to help others. A valid HHA certification is required.
