Job Summary:
We are seeking experienced Home Health Aides (HHA), Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA), and State Tested Nursing Assistants (STNA) to work in and around Medina county. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping others and providing quality care to patients in their homes.
Responsibilities:
- Assist patients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Provide medication reminders and assist with medication administration
- Assist with mobility and transfers
- Monitor and report changes in patient's condition to the appropriate healthcare professional
- Provide emotional support and companionship to patients
- Complete required documentation accurately and timely
Requirements:
- Valid STNA, HHA, DSP, or CNA certification
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in home health or long-term care
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
