Job Description: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
Iberostar Staffing is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team in Dayton, OH. The LPN will be responsible for fulfilling the care requirements of our patients under the direction of the Nurse Manager. The successful candidate will work within their entire scope of practice and be fully accountable for ensuring that competent care and safety is consistently delivered to all residents.
Responsibilities:
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Assist with resident assessments and care planning
- Monitor and report changes in resident conditions to the Nurse Manager
- Provide direct care to residents, including bathing, dressing, and feeding
- Assist with activities of daily living and mobility
- Maintain accurate and complete documentation of resident care
- Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations
Requirements:
- Active and valid State LPN license
- BLS certification preferred
- Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing facility preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays

This is a full-time, part-time, or PRN position with a salary range of $36.00 up to $45.00 per hour.
