What are the responsibilities and job description for the STNA position at Iberostar Staffing LLC.?

Providing routine individualized healthcare needs;
Personal Care including bathing, dressing, mobility, incontinence care, feeding and other services;
Giving basic emotional and psychological support to the patient and family;
Maintaining records of patient care, condition, progress, or problems to report;
Assisting residents with daily living activities such as getting out of bed, bathing, dressing, using the toilet, standing, walking, or exercising;
Ensure that nutritional needs of residents are met in accordance with established care plan;
Maintain physical environment in a clean, safe, and pleasant manner;
Perform other related activities as assigned or requested.

Must exhibit excellent customer service and a positive attitude towards patients;
Must possess the ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant such action;
Must be able to communicate and function productively on an interdisciplinary team;
Up-to-date car insurance in your name, registration and valid Driver’s License;
License must be in good standing;
Highly organized with attention to detail;
Must project a positive attitude;
Must be willing and able to learn;
Ability to read and write and accurately report;
