Administrative Assistant for the IBEW LU 611 office in Albuquerque, New Mexico
We are looking for an experienced Secretary Admin.
REQUIREMENTS FOR SECRETARY ADMIN:
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Ability to use Word, Excel and other office programs proficiently
- Able to learn new computer programs
- 2 years' experience, at the minimum, working in an office environment
- Professionally answering phones, and speaking with visitors. Bilingual is a plus.
- Proficient in typing
- Have the ability to notarize or willing to become one.
- Able to work well on a team with a professional attitude first mindset
- Work directly with the Office Manager
- Pass a background check
- This position is covered by a collective bargaining agreement (OPEIU 251)
RESPONSIBILITIES FOR CLERK RECEPTIONIST:
- Answering phones, relaying messages or transferring calls
- Process dues transactions on-line and in person
- Speak to visitors in a professional manner
- File and organize documents
- Type various documents as needed
- Able to balance transaction reports
- Assist with merchandise sales
COMPENSATION:
- $20.83-$22.97 dependent on experience with opportunity for advancement
