Position Overview:

If you are driven by results and financial rewards, this role is for you! As our Lead Generator, you have the opportunity to gain experience in multiple sales disciplines.
*Please note- this opportunity is NOT REMOTE. All work is done in person.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generating leads from a variety of sources such as home shows, events, and door to door canvassing by providing a delightful human connection.
- Identifying potential customer’s needs and how our services may be able to assist them.
- Efficiently set up and dismantle displays at events, ensuring they are compelling and professional.
- Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to devise and implement successful event and canvassing strategies per your experiences in the field.
- Schedule appointments with homeowners during events and door knocking to set up future demonstrations.
Qualifications:
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills—your ability to talk and make connections with all types of people is your super power!
- Organized, energetic, and driven, with a relentless pursuit of sales excellence.
- Customer service oriented and prioritizes the customer’s experience.
- Positive, outgoing personality, ready to energize and engage at every opportunity.
- Self motivated and can work independently without allowing rejection to affect work ethic.
- Available for travel to events and flexible in working weekends as needed.
- Ability to stand for shifts up to 8 hours and go door to door in neighborhoods.
Skills and Experience:
- Customer service experience of any kind
- Previous experience in canvassing or sales is a plus.
- Strong willingness to learn and be flexible based on the day.
