Your Objective:
Lead and manage our service technician team to deliver outstanding service in gutter installation, roof repairs, maintenance, and warranty work—while building a profitable, customer-loved, and review-rich service department.

What You’ll Own: Key Responsibilities
- Lead, Manage, and Hold Accountable (LMA) a team of service technicians
- Oversee production of roof repairs, maintenance, gutter installations, and warranty (red tag) work
- Ensure job safety, schedule efficiency, and high-quality standards
- Drive department profitability through smart systems and cost-effective execution
- Build and improve systems for:
- Technician onboarding & training
- Scheduling & logistics
- Payroll & job costing
- Customer experience & review generation
- Material and vendor coordination
- Hire, fire, coach, and reward team members as needed
Your Impact
- Be the face and expert of our service division—educating customers and offering solutions that build trust and drive sales
- Turn service calls into re-roof leads and recurring customers
- Minimize callbacks and maximize 5-star reviews
- Help position the service department as a lead generation engine for the entire company
