Office and House Cleaner

Job Summary
IBI Data, Jessie’s, Josie’s, and Jim’s Guest Houses located in Brownsdale, MN is in need of a cleaner/housekeeper to clean offices 3 times/week and guest houses between departures and arrivals. This includes doing laundry, making beds, mopping and vacuuming floors, emptying garbage, scrubbing bathrooms, cleaning office areas, kitchens/breakroom. A checklist of tasks will be provided and must be completed on a schedule. A background check will be done and references required.

Office Cleaning: Days/times are flexible and can be negotiated. Probably needs to be done 3 days/week for 3-4 hours.

House Cleaning: It takes around 2-3 hrs to complete the tasks before each guest arrival. Most time slots are scheduled a week in advance. It may require same day turnaround depending on guest departure and arrival schedules. This same day turnaround would require the work to be done between the hours of 11am and 3pm. Other times are flexible, as long as the tasks are completed well in advance of the next scheduled guest arrival. Reliability, quickness, and a quality job is a must and an expectation.

Required Skills:

Follow detailed instructions, dependable, flexible, and trustworthy. Must be able to do laundry, make beds, dust, mop and vacuum floors, empty garbage, scrub bathrooms, use stairs, work with cleaning chemicals, lift up to 30 lbs.

Preferred Skills:

Special consideration will be given to those with any of the following skills or experience: Cleaning, housekeeping, and flexible schedule.
