Senior Associate or Associate Principal Landscape Architecture

Overview :

We are seeking a senior landscape architect with construction design experience across a wide array of project types including housing retail resort / hospitality and mixeduse. This role will oversee the construction design documentation across several studios in the US West.

Role accountabilities :

• Across diverse and sometime numerous projects this person quickly identifies design issues and produces diverse yet viable design solutions
• Produces technical detailing and review construction drawing packages
• Prepares project specifications and cost estimates
• Coordinates site preparation and contract administration and provides construction administration
