What We’re Looking For
- Proven Customer Service Experience: At least 3 years of experience in a healthcare customer service role, call center, or patient-facing position.
- Patient-Centered Approach: Ability to provide compassionate and professional support to patients, ensuring a positive experience.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify patient concerns and implement effective solutions to enhance satisfaction.
- Appointment Scheduling Expertise: Experience handling patient inquiries, scheduling consultations, and managing appointment calendars.
- Knowledge of Insurance & Billing: Familiarity with medical billing, insurance verification, and authorization processes.
- Regulatory Compliance: Understanding of HIPAA regulations and patient confidentiality best practices.
- Collaborative Team Player: Work closely with clinical staff, front-desk teams, and leadership to streamline patient workflows.
- Strong Communication Skills: Ability to engage with patients and internal teams through phone, email, and chat effectively.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficiency with CRM tools, Google Sheets, Excel, and medical scheduling software (e.g., Athena, eClinicalWorks, or similar platforms).
- Multitasking & Time Management: Ability to handle a high volume of patient inquiries while maintaining accuracy and efficiency.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (preferred)
