What are the responsibilities and job description for the AEM Architect (Contract) position at Ibis Public Sector?
Ibis Public Sector (formally known as Isobar Public Sector) is seeking an Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Architect who has recent digital experience with AEM and the AEM suite of products, including sites, assets, and forms. The candidate should have experience architecting on-premise as well as cloud installations of AEM. The candidate should have experience with DevSecOps practices and tooling, including the use of these toolsets for AEM website builds and deployments. The candidate should be a strong Java developer capable of creating technical designs and architectures, as well as have expertise in setting up and configuring AEM. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of AEM capabilities, best practices, and integration with other enterprise systems.

What You’ll Do
- Design scalable and robust AEM solutions that align with business objectives and technical requirements. Define architecture patterns, components, and integrations to ensure optimal performance, security, and maintainability.
- Lead the technical team in the installation, configuration, and implementation of the AEM product suite solution in a secure cloud hosting environment.
- Lead the development and customization of AEM components, templates, workflows, and integrations using best practices and industry standards. Provide guidance to development teams on AEM development techniques and methodologies.
- Ensure that AEM solutions comply with security standards, data privacy regulations, and industry best practices. Implement security controls, authentication mechanisms, and encryption protocols to protect sensitive data.
- Interact with clients to create end-to-end specifications for content and collaboration solutions.
- Design and implement customer engagement strategies to support multi-site, multi-channel, multi-lingual delivery environments.
- Develop digital consumer experiences and content-driven applications based on the foundational AEM product.
- Define implementation processes, quality gates, and standards.
- Define best practices to manage performance and scalability of the content management and content delivery solution.
- Diagnose and solve technical problems related to content management implementation.
- Adopt and utilize iterative / Agile methodology as needed or requested.

The anticipated hourly rate for this position is $100.00. Rate is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and other job-related qualifications.
