What You’ll Do
- Develop and manage data solutions for storing and managing business data.
- Design and optimize data models to ensure efficiency, scalability, and security.
- Create and enhance Power Platform applications (Power Apps, Power Automate) with Dataverse integration.
- Develop data governance standards and apply standards to data, including schemas, metadata, and other standards.
- Develop and maintain custom entities, relationships, and business rules within data platforms.
- Implement and optimize queries using SQL, FetchXML, and other data retrieval techniques.
- Develop Application Programming Interfaces (APIs), web services, and other interfaces to integrate data.
- Develop ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes for data migration and synchronization.
- Ensure data security and compliance by configuring user roles, permissions, and access policies.
- Troubleshoot database performance issues and optimize data retrieval operations.
- Collaborate with application developers and business analysts to design end-to-end data solutions.
Who You Are
- A US Citizen with an active Dept. of Defense secret clearance.
- Residency in the US required due to clearance requirements.
- 10 years of proficiency in database design, optimization, and troubleshooting techniques.
- Proficiency in query languages (SQL, FetchXML).
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Dataverse and Power Platform integration.
- Experience in data integration and processing via data pipelines, APIs, or ETL/ELT methods.
- Familiarity with AI/ML models and languages, including R, Python, SQL, and other languages and related platforms including Databricks.
- Understanding of data security, governance, and compliance standards.
- Strong communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Certifications in Microsoft Power Platform, Dataverse, or Azure Data Services preferred.

The anticipated salary range for this position is $120,000.00-$140,000.00. Salary is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and other job-related qualifications.
