Ibis Public Sector is seeking a Microsoft SharePoint Developer to design, develop, and maintain SharePoint solutions that enhance business processes, collaboration, and content management. The ideal candidate will have expertise in SharePoint Online, SharePoint Server, Power Automate, and Microsoft 365 integrations. This role involves creating custom workflows, web parts, and applications while ensuring security, governance, and efficiency.

What You’ll Do
Collaborate with clients to create end-to-end specifications for content and collaboration solutions to foster metrics-driven decision making.
Design, develop, and maintain scalable SharePoint Online and On-Premises solutions that align with business objectives and technical requirements.
Design and implement SharePoint sites, pages, lists, libraries, and web parts.
Create Power Automate workflows to automate business processes and approvals.
Develop and deploy custom SharePoint applications, components, and workflows using SharePoint Framework (SPFx), JavaScript, and PowerApps.
Build visually impactful and intuitive sites in SharePoint requiring integration with Power Platform tools and data.
Integrate SharePoint with Microsoft 365 services, Power Platform, and third-party applications.
Perform SharePoint administration, migration, and troubleshooting.
Optimize SharePoint performance, user experience, and accessibility.
Ensure security, governance, and compliance within the SharePoint environment.
Provide user training, documentation, and ongoing support for SharePoint solutions.
Who You Are
A US Citizen with an active Dept. of Defense secret clearance.
Residency in the US required due to clearance requirements.
10 years of experience in SharePoint development including custom components written in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
Proficient in administration and development of SharePoint sites and API integration between SharePoint, Power Platform, and external data sources.
Proficiency in SharePoint Framework (SPFx), JavaScript, React, HTML, CSS, and REST API.
Experience with C#, .NET, and Microsoft Graph API is a plus.
Strong knowledge of SharePoint Online, SharePoint 2016 / 2019, and Microsoft 365.
Hands-on experience with Power Automate, Flow, Power BI, Power Apps, and Dataverse.
Knowledge of SharePoint governance, permissions, and security best practices.
Experience with SharePoint migrations using ShareGate or similar tools.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with proven experience conducting requirements gathering, research and analysis, solution design, and client briefings to foster understanding and buy-in of recommendations.

The anticipated salary range for this position is $120,000.00-$140,000.00. Salary is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and other job-related qualifications.
