Ibis Public Sector is seeking a Project Analyst to build relationships with our Qualtrics customers while successfully implementing and delivering Qualtrics solutions. As part of the role, you will work collaboratively with cross-functional technical teams to develop and implement solutions that meet customers’ technical and strategic goals.
The Project Analyst will be responsible for managing workstreams and deliverables, coordinating resources, and ensuring deadlines are met, while driving projects to completion and providing a high level of client satisfaction.
What You’ll Do
Support Qualtrics implementations for multiple Qualtrics clients.
Support customers through system architecture, complex workflows, and data management in the Qualtrics platform.
Use insights from project scoping efforts to recommend potential Qualtrics and/or Advisory solution(s) customized to client needs and alignment with client goals.
Deliver technical solutions, including:
Supporting SFTP automation, Qualtrics File Service API, and manual .csv imports as required by project scope
Building out Qualtrics surveys, imported data projects, workflows, automations, website feedback intercepts, and dashboards
Provide updates on project plans and progress toward goals using Click-Up.
Provide technical training to clients on best practice platform use, including learning resources and project documentation
Assist in the creation and maintenance of a set of delivery team best practice materials, methodologies, and toolkits.
Effectively manage shifting priorities and adapt plans/timelines accordingly.
Collaborate closely with the Project Lead to build, QA, and complete UAT for required items within the project scope.
Who You Are
2-4 years of hands-on Qualtrics CX experience, leveraging the Qualtrics platform to create efficiencies and/or derive insights.
Preferred: Qualtrics Customer Experience Technology Consultant certification
Ability to effectively manage time and workload of deliverables, including communication regarding additional time and deliverable needs.
Experienced and comfortable presenting virtually to client groups.
Skilled at defining programs, writing detailed functional specifications, and delivering projects that meet rapidly evolving business needs.
Direct experience with the use of qualitative and quantitative data to set and monitor strategic actions and goals.
Ability to quickly build strong relationships with both colleagues and clients.
Ability to convey recommendations to address barriers in real time, as well as work with others to solve more complex problems in a timely manner.
A US Citizen who possesses a security clearance (or is eligible to obtain one).

The anticipated hourly rate for this position is $75.00. Rate is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and other job-related qualifications.
