Your Role and Responsibilities
- Support and lead initiatives for the PeopleSoft HCM 9.2 application, ensuring systems and infrastructure operate efficiently.
- Handle upgrades and patches, and resolve technical issues.
- Lead projects for PeopleSoft HCM 9.2, including system configuration and troubleshooting.
- Manage and monitor installed systems and infrastructure per organizational guidelines.
- Perform system upgrades, software patching, and application testing.
- Support VMware ESXi, vCloud / vCAC, and Cisco UCS platforms.
- Diagnose and resolve Windows and RedHat infrastructure issues.
- Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with security policies.
