Your Role and Responsibilities

As a Brand Technical Specialist you'll work closely with clients to develop relationships, understand their needs, earn their trust and show them how IBM's industry-leading solutions will solve their problems whilst delivering value to their business.

  • Storage Strategy Creation : Creating client strategies for storage solutions.
  • Enhanced Storage Solutions : Defining IBM storage options to improve existing technology.
  • Proof of Concept Delivery : Providing proofs of concept and simplifying technical topics for client understanding.
  • Complex Cloud Deal Closure : Building trust to successfully close complex cloud tech deals.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

  • Business-Tech Alignment : Experience aligning business goals with tech solutions.
  • Stakeholder Consensus Building : Strong interpersonal and communication skills for achieving consensus among stakeholders.
  • Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

  • Storage Market Expertise : Storage market knowledge to be a trusted client advisor (training on IBM's storage offerings is provided). Flash, hyperscaler, Tape.
