Your role and responsibilities
Lead the implementation process of Adobe Workfront for new clients, ensuring a smooth transition from their previous systems.
Lead Design and Configuration of the Adobe Workfront platform to meet the unique needs of each client, including custom workflows, reporting structures, and integrations.
Manage team of on-shore and off-shore Adobe Workfront configurators, assigning and delegating work based on client needs and team abilities. Review configuration work and provide feedback and training where needed.
Act as a subject matter expert, offering ongoing consultation and support to clients, addressing their evolving needs and challenges.
Configure Workfront objects such as custom forms, project templates, programs, portfolis, reports, approval workflows, layout templates, companies, groups, job roles, etc.
Collaborate with internal teams to stay abreast of product updates and enhancements, ensuring clients benefit from the latest features.
Conduct regular health checks and performance reviews of client implementations, identifying areas for optimization and improvement.
Manage client expectations, communicate progress effectively, and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
Contribute to the continuous development of our Adobe Workfront practice, sharing insights and best practices across the organization.

Required technical and professional expertise
Adobe Workfront Core Developer Expert
Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field. An advanced degree or relevant certifications (such as Adobe Certified Expert) preferred.
At least 2 years experience as an Adobe Workfront Consultant or similar role, ideally within a consultancy or software implementation firm.
Knowledge of Adobe Workfront's functionalities and capabilities, with hands-on experience in configuration, customization, and Adobe Workfront Expert Certification.
Experience in managing client relationships and driving successful outcomes.
Strong understanding of project management principles and methodologies and content supply chain. Experience working within an Agile team a plus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
Problem-solving mindset, with the ability to think critically and creatively to overcome client challenges.
Flexibility to travel, as onboarding and support may require visits to client sites.
