Delivery Project Executive

As an Application Package Specialist, you'll help clients in the selection, implementation, and production support of application packaged solutions. You'll gain in-depth consulting skills, business knowledge, and packaged solution expertise to effectively integrate packaged technology into the clients’ business environment. Your Role and Responsibilities
Single point of contact for delivery for SAP Functional & Technical Teams
Partner with leadership for financials and client satisfaction targets (per DOU/SOWs)
Involved in contract solutions (being a trusted solution advisor and promote new solutions)
Familiar with the client's business and participates in opportunity identification
Overall leader of the service delivery team
Responsible to balance quality and cost management of service delivery areas
Responsible for audit-readiness for service delivery
Integrator of services to meet service level agreements and budgets
Responsible to bring service delivery operational innovation examples in use on the account to the client on a monthly basis during the Client Delivery Plan (CDP) review.
Responsible for service quality, service delivery performance and drives service excellence
Advocate to service delivery for PE and Client and negotiates for proper funding for service delivery
Responsible for defining and owning the Service/Quality Improvement plan

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
10 years of experience in software delivery with project leadership.
Demonstrated experience in a SAP projects and production support environment.
Demonstrated understanding of the end-to-end s/w Land relevant modern tracking tools (e.g. ServiceNow)
Demonstrated communication skills in a customer facing environment.
Embraced an Agile culture and employed relevant fit-for-purpose methodologies and tools such as Trello, GitHub, Jira, Excel, MS Project etc
Good Communication skills and ability to lead global teams remotely.
Experience with data visualization, analytics and metrics.
Fluent in English, both written and spoken

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
Strong understanding of Cloud concepts.
8 years of experience supporting complex organizations
Knowledge and hands-on experience of designing, collaborating and implement agile models throughout large organizations
Passionate about open communication and facilitating multiple stakeholder inputs into solutioning and planning
Strong organization and execution, able to lead planning and execution, able to articulate to stakeholders and manage risks.
Proven ability to influence and coordinate cross-functional teams.

The compensation range and benefits for this position are based on a full-time schedule for a full calendar year. The salary will vary depending on your job-related skills, experience and location. Pay increment and frequency of pay will be in accordance with employment classification and applicable laws. For part time roles, your compensation and benefits will be adjusted to reflect your hours. Benefits may be pro-rated for those who start working during the calendar year.
