You'll collaborate with colleagues across the Sales team – advising and supporting on client engagements throughout the critically important early phases of the sales cycle, and helping to lead prospects to our award winning cloud solutions. A typical day may involve Deal Closure Prediction: Predicting deal closures and effectively communicating forecasts. Upsell and Cross-sell Support: Supporting colleagues in identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities. Campaign Activation: Activating new business campaigns in collaboration with IBM leadership. Use-Case & Proof of Concept Design: Collaborating to design use-cases and proofs of concept. Value Proposition Presentation: Presenting compelling value propositions to clients.

- Consultative Sales Experience: Experience in consultative tech sales for complex use-cases.
- Digital Sales Tools: Proficient in digital sales tools such as phone, CRM, social media, and email.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills for data-driven decision-making and achieving business results.
- Extensive Client Facing experience.
- Storage Market Expertise: Storage market knowledge for trusted client advice and reputation growth (training on IBM’s Storage offerings is provided).
- SLED or Public Market experience.
