Your role and responsibilities
- Support the Federal Procurement organization, in a variety of areas : supplier management, data entry and reporting, Procurement support tickets, redline review and execution of simple agreements, and other duties as assigned.
- Data Analysis : support sourcing decisions through review and compiling of bidder data and various other metrics or benchmarking .
- Compliance, Audit, and Documentation : develop an understanding of elements needed to maintain a DCMA approved purchasing system (CPSR audit), and working within such environment.
- Procurement Knowledge : develop a broad knowledge across the Procurement organization
- Sourcing Techniques : Apply key skills around sourcing techniques to achieve cost-effective and high-quality supply.
- Act in compliance with all relevant IBM business conduct guidelines, Federal Acquisition Regulation and its supplements, operate under a CPSR approved business system, and client-driven procurement processes.
