Ibotta is seeking a Chief of Staff to join our innovative team and contribute to our mission to Make Every Purchase Rewarding.
We are seeking a results driven Chief of Staff (CoS) who will work closely with the CEO and senior leadership team to ensure the successful execution of strategic initiatives, streamline business operations, and enhance organizational efficiency. This high-impact role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. The Chief of Staff will act as a trusted advisor, liaising across all departments to facilitate alignment, drive performance, and implement key projects.
This position is located in Denver, Colorado as a hybrid position requiring 3 days in office (Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday). Additional days in office may be required as needed.Candidates must live in the United States.
What you will be doing :
- Support the CEO and senior leadership team in the development and execution of strategic plans, ensuring alignment with overall company goals.
- Monitor the progress of key initiatives, identify potential roadblocks, and provide recommendations for overcoming challenges.
- Act as a key driver for organizational change and transformation projects, ensuring smooth implementation.
- Optimize internal processes and communication across departments to increase organizational effectiveness.
- Coordinate the preparation of executive-level meetings, presentations, and reports, ensuring that all materials are aligned with strategic goals.
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the executive office, ensuring that tasks, deadlines, and priorities are being met.
- Build and maintain strong relationships across all levels of the organization to facilitate communication and collaboration.
- Represent the CEO in meetings, where appropriate, ensuring that key information is shared and that decisions are executed effectively.
- Lead and oversee critical, high-priority projects from inception to completion, ensuring successful delivery on time and within scope.
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and ensure resources are allocated appropriately to achieve project objectives.
- Develop and maintain project timelines, track progress, and provide regular status updates to the leadership team.
- Take on ad-hoc, high-visibility projects and initiatives that require cross-departmental coordination.
- Provide strategic recommendations to improve business operations, performance metrics, and other key areas of focus.
