What are the responsibilities and job description for the Accounts Receivable Clerk position at IBP?

Pay Range: $20.00-$25.00 depending on experience
Work schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
Key responsibilities:
- Maintains and updates accounts receivable records
- Reconciles accounts receivables to General Ledger
- Communicate with managers, builders, and customers to clarify information and to explain the billing process.
- Manage, track, and prepare weekly reports
- Ability to enter and update data in accounting records accurately
- Completes other duties as assigned
Role Requirements:
• High School diploma
• 1-3 years of previous receptionist/ administrative assistant experience required
• Proficient in Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Experience with AR, AP, and payroll is helpful
• Operate general office equipment, for example, such as a fax machine, copier, scanner, etc
• Notary Public or willing to obtain notary.
