Overview :
The Senior Project Manager will oversee practice-related services and internal business operations, providing senior-level guidance and managing project delivery.
Key Responsibilities :
Manage multiple large-scale projects, ensuring integration across service sectors.
Oversee project managers and review legal documents.
Implement quality assurance procedures and manage project scope.
Ensure accurate invoicing, monitor project receivables, and address billing issues.
Analyze and forecast financial metrics, aiming to achieve revenue goals.
Review financial reports and ensure proper execution of legal documents.
Participate in business development and staff development.
Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction, or related field.
8 years of relevant experience.
PMP and / or CCM certification preferred.
Korean language ability preferred.
Experience in transmission, distribution, and new build manufacturing facility construction.
Strong problem-solving, decision-making, communication, and presentation skills.
Proficient in project management software and IT tools.
Ability to manage complex projects and motivate teams.
