IBS, Inc. is looking for self-driven individuals seeking a unique opportunity in sales that can build long term residual income.
Our salespeople are route sales people, working from their homes, setting their own schedule, managing their existing customer relationships and developing new business with target accounts.
IBS sells specialty products for maintenance and repair such as fasteners, cutting tools, abrasives, aerosol chemicals, fittings, electrical, & safety products to the industrial, transportation, heavy construction, agriculture, automotive, & municipality markets.
Our salespeople conduct product demonstrations with maintenance personnel, mechanics, often closing a sale on the first call.They develop appropriate monthly/ weekly sales call cycles, developing repeat sales through converting bins and cabinets and capturing line segments of business.
Key Attributes:Cold calling skills - Ability to present strong first impression, uncover opportunities, and present and close on the first call.
Qualifications:Two years of successful outside sales experience preferred.Possess the ability to independently manage a territory, opening new business and report daily results to the corporate office.
