- Managing an existing territory's customer base
- Ability to prospect and develop new business with target accounts.

IBS sells specialty products for maintenance and repair such as fasteners, cutting tools, abrasives etc. which highlights a need for a salesperson who can effectively demonstrate products in a highly competitive market and close first orders quickly.
Base and no-cap commission the first year, straight commission after initial ramp-up.
- 1st year combined income potential 75k
- 2nd year income potential 80k
- 3rd year income potential 90
