Description We are seeking a driven Business Development Representative (BDR) to expand our client base by promoting Total Assure's managed SOC and cybersecurity services. You'll identify SMBs with unmet security needs, articulate our value proposition, and build pipelines for our sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospect, Research, and identify potential clients in the SMB/MM sector who could benefit from MDR services.
  • Gather contact information and business details using various tools and platforms, such as Zoominfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • Develop and execute outreach campaigns via email, social media, and cold calling to introduce Total Assure's services - experience with Hubspot, Outreach, etc.
    • Customize communication to address each potential client's specific needs and pain points based on initial research.
  • Schedule meetings with qualified decision-makers to explore their cybersecurity needs and present Total Assure's MDR solutions.
    • The meeting must be with a company in our target size range with approximately 100-500 users
    • The meeting must involve at least one key decision-maker (e.g., IT Manager, CIO, or another executive, depending on the company's size).
      • Bonus Structure:
        • 20 meetings per month: $4000
        • 15 to 20 meetings per month: $3000
        • 10 to 15 meetings per month: $2000
        • 5 meetings per month: $1000

  • Provide detailed notes and insights from interactions with leads to help tailor the sales approach.
  • Other duties, responsibilities, tasks, projects, and assignments as assigned

Required Skills /Education/ Certifications & Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years in B2B sales or business development, preferably in cybersecurity, managed IT services, or SaaS.
  • Familiarity with SOC workflows (e.g., SIEM, EDR) or compliance frameworks (NIST, CMMC) is a plus.
  • Proven success in outbound prospecting and CRM management (e.g., Outreach, Hubspot, etc.).
  • Ability to translate technical offerings (e.g., MDR, deepfake detection) into business value for non-technical buyers.
