Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with Master‘s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis and a current BCBA certificate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in applied behavior analysis and a passion for improving the lives of individuals with behavioral challenges. This role involves working closely with children with disabilities, developing and implementing effective treatment plans, and collaborating with families and other professionals to ensure the highest quality of care.
Duties
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify behavioral needs and develop individualized treatment plans based on the principles of applied behavior analysis.
- Implement evidence-based interventions to promote positive behavior change in clients.
- Monitor client progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans as needed.
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to provide support and training on behavioral strategies.
- Maintain accurate medical documentation and records in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Provide training and supervision to behavior technicians and other staff members.
- Stay current with developments in the field of behavior analysis and participate in ongoing professional development.
Experience
- Experience working with children or individuals with disabilities is required.
- Strong knowledge of behavioral therapy techniques and methodologies.
- Proficient in conducting different assessments (e.g Vineland, FAST, VBMAPP, etc.)
- A solid understanding of HIPAA regulations as they pertain to patient confidentiality and data protection.
- Previous experience in applied behavior analysis is essential for success in this role.
