About the Role
As a Clinical Specialist, you will be the vital link between IBT’s groundbreaking products and the customers who rely on them. You will provide clinical expertise, education, and support to ensure successful product adoption and customer satisfaction.
Your Responsibilities
• Provide clinical support during evaluations, fittings, and product delivery.
• Educate and train customers on IBT products through virtual and onsite sessions.
• Develop and deliver educational content for webinars, workshops, and customer resources.
• Collaborate with sales team to onboard new users and support business growth.
• Train industry collaborators, including partner manufacturers and fabrication centers, on the use of IBT products.
• Provide after-sales technical support and ensure customer satisfaction with IBT and distributed products.
• Support engineering team to resolve technical challenges and improve clinical acceptance of products.
• Build strong relationships with customers and partners to drive loyalty and success.
• Utilize CRM to document customer feedback, notes from customer visits, and customer information.
• Travel up to 50% domestically for events, trade shows, and client visits.
What We’re Looking For
• ABC Certified Prosthetist or Occupational Therapist with 5 years of experience in prosthetic care.
• Expertise in advanced prosthetic technology and complex fittings.
• Ability to understand complex technical concepts and effectively communicate them to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport and strong relationships with customers and internal teams.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with ability to identify customer needs and propose innovative solutions.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and organized with a customer-focused mindset.
• Willingness to work collaboratively and travel as needed.
Nice-to-Haves
• Educational background in an Engineering discipline
• Experience with upper-limb prosthetics.
• Strong presentation and technical troubleshooting skills.
• Background in cross-functional team collaboration.
