Operations Specialist

Ensures company standard of quality and output by providing data entry and processing in the Operations Support area. Provide assistance and support to the branches and management in a timely, courteous and knowledgeable manner. Responsibilities eStatement Set Up and Maintenance Counterfeit and Fraud Processing Process Incoming Returns Process Non-Post Items and NSF Items High Dollar Review Fulfill various maintenance requests Provide support to Checks & ACH Services group Validation of Online Banking Set Up Check Adjustments/Stop Pay Processing ACH Disputes Other job related duties as assigned Qualifications Educations & Experience High school graduate or equivalent educations certificate (GED). Previous experience in an operations support role is preferred. Knowledge/ Skills/ Abilities Must possess problem solving skills, task organization skills and a high level of initiative. Familiarity with various types of accounts as it relates to Online Banking access and permissions. Ability to meet time deadlines and function in a fast paced environment. Knowledge of ACH or equivalent experience helpful. Demonstrate a general level of knowledge of Bank Secrecy Act and OFAC related responsibilities in the performance of daily operations to ensure adherence to bank policies and compliance with all regulatory requirements.
