This role has the opportunity to work hybrid. During the interview process, our Talent Acquisition Team will share additional details with you. This position is responsible for implementation of Treasury products for new and existing clients while providing support for our Treasury Sales team. The TM Implementation Support I works to identify ways to improve processes while maintaining appropriate verification guidelines. Responsibilities Reviews Treasury Management Agreements, Internal Forms, and Treasury Request to ensure proper execution. Implement all Treasury Management products and services for Treasury clients. Perform secondary review of Treasury Management Implementations. Obtain, prepare, and follow up on required Treasury documentation. Assist with monthly reporting and annual product reviews. Works on special projects as needed. Qualifications A minimum of three years banking experience. Some college preferred. Treasury Cash Management experience strongly encouraged. Strong knowledge of bank operations and Treasury products. Knowledge of banking rules and regulations and banking policies and procedures. Knowledge of Legal Documentation required for new account opening. Solid technical proficiency in the use of PC software tools and systems. Able to multi-task in a fast paced environment. Detail oriented. Strong organizational skills to include effective time management in all key responsibilities of the job. Ability to establish positive working relationships across the organization. Proven self-starter who can work with minimal supervision. Effective communication skills – both verbal and written Demonstrate a high level of knowledge of Bank Secrecy Act and OFAC related responsibilities in the performance of daily operations to ensure adherence to bank policies and compliance with all regulatory requirements.
