- Proven experience with Splunk observability Cloud and Open Telemetry.
- Hands-on experience with Splunk Observability Cloud for an enterprise level implementation.
- Familiarity with logging, monitoring, and application performance management (APM), Synthetic monitoring and Real User Monitoring (RUM);
- Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure, networking, and distributed systems.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proven experience designing and implementing Splunk Observability Cloud solutions.
- Experience in Enterprise level Observability implementation for Infra and applications.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Document Splunk Observability Cloud configurations, processes, and procedures for future reference and knowledge transfer.
- Certifications: Splunk O11y Cloud Certified Metrics User
