Description
We're seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Support Associate to join our team. This role is crucial for maintaining operational workflows and addressing process inefficiencies. The candidate will be responsible for assisting in managing day to day operations, assisting in creating and maintaining new standard operating procedures, and providing administrative support for projects; including documentation, reporting and resource allocation.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain accurate records of inventory and shipments to ensure timely and efficient order fulfillment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve operational workflows and address process inefficiencies.
- Support the onboarding and integration of new tools and software for order processing and project management.
- Assist in creating and updating standard operating procedures (SOPs) for order management and 3PL coordination.
- Track and analyze key operational metrics to provide actionable insights for improving performance.
- Provide administrative support for special initiatives, including documentation, reporting, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate with the finance team to reconcile invoices and expenses related to international shipments.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Bachelor's degree is required, preferably in operations management, logistics, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of relevant work experience in operations, logistics, or order processing is preferred.
- Experience working with 3PL providers or in international operations is a plus.
- Proven experience with inventory management software or enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, or similar).
