The focus of this job is making connections with people, motivating and inspiring them to achieve results. The job requires a high degree of “selling". The job environment is fast-paced and results-oriented. A self-confident, extroverted style that can enliven, engage and positively impact individuals and groups is essential. The job has a variety of tasks and is dynamic and changing. Because goals and desired results can quickly change, the job requires regularly meeting and pro-actively establishing relationships with new groups. In general, the core of this position requires a motivated and motivating team builder and organization developer.

$80,000 - $100,000 potential annually

• This division will be focusing on acquiring investment properties and selling in-house investment projects to real estate investors
• Build and nurture business relationships with real estate homeowners, buyers, and investors
• Negotiate purchase contracts with Homeowners and Real Estate Agents
• Present, and sell investment opportunities to Real Estate Investors
• Outbound prospecting. 100 Calls Per Day
• Respond and convert inbound leads to appointments and eventual contracts
• Manage a database of prospects and clients
• Analyze investment opportunities for their viability
• Provide daily reporting of Sales Activities to Management
• Maintain and exceed company-designated quotas
• Collaborate daily within a fast-paced team
• Bring new ideas to the Organization when opportunities for improvement present themselves

• A Real Estate License is required
• Proved track record in sales, establishing real estate relationships, and executing at a high level
• Must be able to work full-time. Schedules can be somewhat flexible with advancement
• Background and track record of success in selling is preferred
• Clean background check required
• Drivers License Required
• College Experience Preferred, but not required
• Must be extremely proficient in selling over the phone and in-person
