Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Behavior Technician to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with individuals with developmental disabilities and autism, providing essential support and implementing behavioral therapy techniques. Your efforts will contribute to enhancing the quality of life for our clients by promoting positive behavior changes and fostering independence.
Responsibilities
- Implement individualized treatment plans based on Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles.
- Assist clients in developing daily living skills and social interactions.
- Collect and record data on client progress and behavior changes.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to review and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
- Maintain confidentiality of patient information in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Provide patient care that is respectful, empathetic, and tailored to individual needs.
- Support clients in various settings, including home, community, and educational environments.
- Engage in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills in behavioral health.
Experience
- Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or autism is preferred.
- Previous experience in behavioral therapy
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with clients, families, and team members.

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
