- The Service Coordinator serves as the backbone of our HVAC service operations, scheduling repair services, dispatching technicians, and maintaining customer satisfaction. With 3 years of customer service or dispatch experience, this role requires exceptional organizational skills, a warm and professional demeanor, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include receiving and recording service requests, coordinating technician schedules, and ensuring accurate work order completion for billing.
- High School Diploma or equivalent (required)
- 3-5 years of customer service, call center, or dispatch experience (required)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook (required)
- Experience in commercial HVAC or service industry (preferred)
- Familiarity with RS Means and ComputerEase (preferred)
- Ability to research and solve problems under pressure
- High energy, detail-oriented, and teamwork-focused mindset
