Technology & Innovation:
- Willingness to master and integrate advanced 3D printing technologies in propulsion material manufacturing.
- Hands-on experience with prototyping, production, and process development for solid rocket motors.

Collaboration & Customer Engagement:
- Ability to work closely with cross-functional teams, including machine and material development engineers.
