As a Digital Design Lead , you will take ownership of the entire design process, from architecture and RTL through to verification, synthesis, and sign-off. This position offers the chance to work across diverse disciplines, engage with cross-functional teams, and play a critical role in delivering high-impact solutions.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead the specification, design, verification, and sign-off of complex digital systems.
- Take full ownership of the design process, driving projects from RTL to GDS delivery.
- Manage synthesis, timing closure, and design sign-off to ensure smooth and efficient workflows.
- Collaborate closely with application engineers to support customer engagement.
- Partner with silicon validation teams for thorough post-silicon analysis and optimisation.
