Job Summary
I.C. System is seeking a Sales Representative to drive revenue growth by acquiring new clients and maintaining strong relationships with existing ones. This role involves outbound prospecting, handling inbound sales inquiries, and providing a consultative approach to help small businesses find the right solutions.
Location
Initial training will take place onsite. After training, the role requires 1 onsite day per week. Office days will be at our Vadnais Heights, MN location.
Key Responsibilities
Prospect and engage with potential clients to expand our customer base.
Handle inbound and outbound sales calls, providing a consultative approach to small businesses across various industries.
Follow up on marketing-generated leads and outreach to prospective clients.
Identify and present solutions to meet client needs.
Utilize Salesforce.com to track, manage, and close sales opportunities.
Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure a seamless sales process.
Qualifications
Required Skills and Experience:
3-5 years of sales experience
Demonstrated success in previous sales position
Excellent customer service skills and the ability to work with individuals at all levels
Preferred Skills and Experience:
Previous Salesforce experience
Prior experience in the collection industry
Direct Sales Experience in healthcare or financial services industries
Compensation
Base pay of $21-$23 per hour, plus uncapped commission
