We are a woman-owned tree, landscape, and plant health care company based in La Jolla, CA, with over 20 years of industry experience. Our work goes beyond tree climbing—we provide comprehensive plant health care and landscaping services, ensuring the long-term vitality of the urban forest.
About the Role:
As a Tree Climber, you’ll play a key role in performing tree pruning, removals, and general tree maintenance while adhering to industry safety standards. You’ll also have the opportunity to assist with landscaping and plant health care services, expanding your skills beyond climbing. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about arboriculture and eager to grow within a dynamic company.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in tree climbing, pruning, and removals
- Knowledge of proper pruning techniques and tree care best practices
- Strong commitment to safety and working as part of a team
- Ability to assist in landscaping and plant health care services when needed
- ISA Certification or willingness to pursue one (preferred)
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (required)
