Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals, including physicians, pharmacists, and hospital staff.
- Conduct presentations to educate clients on the benefits and features of our services and products.
- Manage a designated territory by identifying potential clients and conducting outside sales activities.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and effective account management.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and product performance using Word and other software tools.
- Participate in training sessions and professional development opportunities to enhance service and product knowledge and sales techniques.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in pharmaceutical sales or outside sales is required.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on building long-term relationships.
- Excellent leadership abilities to guide discussions with healthcare professionals.
