Position Summary :
Pep Boys is looking for an experienced Creative Brand Manager to join our Marketing team. The role is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing creative strategies that enhance Pep Boys' brand identity, drive customer engagement and support business growth. This position requires a blend of creative vision, strategic thinking and leadership skills to ensure that our brand's message resonates with our target audience effectively.
Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies to position Pep Boys as the consumers leading choice for auto services.
- Directly responsible for developing creative assets used in marketing campaigns across various channels and oversee a team of creative resources who assist in building assets.
- Oversee the creative process and a creative team from concept development to execution, ensuring all deliverables are on time.
- Manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously, providing guidance and feedback to the team ensuring consistency across all channels.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to keep creative strategies innovative.
- Foster a creative and collaborative work environment that encourages team members to share ideas, experiment with new approaches and push creative boundaries.
- Create engaging content for blogs, social media and marketing campaigns.
- Leverage various AI tools to enhance workflow, streamline processes and improve the quality of creative outputs.
