Job Description:
This position in a Concierge "white glove" Sales Representative position that works to build rapport with our client and their exhibitors. The position entails high touch customer service skills with the ability to close sales opportunities.
This is not cold calling, but rather calling the current customer base to ensure they're needs are being met and using up-selling and cross-selling techniques to help ensure they have everything they need. Generous commission payout.
Hourly base of $14.00 per hour plus commission opportunities. Currently we have staff earning over $25.00 per hour in total compensation.
Number of positions needed: 1
Start Date - ASAP - This is an in office position and the facility is located in Mishawaka, IN.
Paid Training - Training is only a couple of days.
Days - Monday - Friday (weekends & major Holidays off)
Shifts Available - 8:00am-5:00pm EST
Schedule - Full Time - 40 hours/week
Experience -
· Outbound Calling (required) / Email typing and grammar a must and computer skills needed
· Customer Service (required)

· Ability to work independently under the direction of Center Manager

· Strong problem-solving abilities
