Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Outbound Telephone Representative to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential leads through outbound calls, promoting our products and/or services, and converting leads into appointments. Duties
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective leads to introduce our products and/or services.
- Utilize warm calling techniques to follow up on leads generated from marketing efforts.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients through effective communication and follow-up.
- Identify customer needs and tailor solutions to meet those needs.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with team members to develop strategies for lead generation and team success.
Requirements
- Proven experience in warm outbound telephone contacts.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English; ability to articulate ideas clearly and persuasively.
- Ability to engage customers through outbound calling techniques.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
- Familiarity with CRM software is a plus but not mandatory.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team environment.
