Key Responsibilities:
- Define and maintain product roadmaps, ensuring alignment with IRS strategic goals.
- Oversee Agile product development, refining backlog items and prioritizing user stories.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to establish product vision, acceptance criteria, and business cases.
- Implement performance monitoring and continuous improvement methodologies to enhance product delivery.
- Manage cross-team coordination to facilitate timely releases and iterative development cycles.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Project Management, Cybersecurity, or related field.
- Minimum of ten years of demonstrated experience on agile methodology and principles. Expert of roadmap and solution planning. Strong skills in product planning, product support, and engagement with stakeholders.
- Exceptional organizational skills, including the ability to prioritize. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
- Advanced critical thinking capabilities.
- Agile Certified Practitioner (ACP) from the Project Management Institute (PMI) or Scaled Agile Academy. Familiar with acceleration steps or procedures in working with IT and business partners.
- Preferred experience with processing systems and tools.
Employment Type:
- Full Time, on-site at client’s location. Occasional travel to other facilities may be required.
Security Clearance:
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a security clearance. Active MBI clearance in good standing preferred.
- U.S. Citizenship or Lawful Permanent Resident required.
